About the RoleThis role is an integral part of our Housing Programs team, ensuring the smooth operation of tenancy and property-related functions. You will be responsible for providing efficient, accurate, and customer-focused support, helping us meet compliance standards and maintain exceptional service delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Provide timely and professional administrative support across the Housing Portfolio.
- Create and maintain accurate tenant and property records and housing databases.
- Support financial administration, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, rent assessments, and debt management tasks with precision.
- Assist in the coordination of compliance and reporting documentation.
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure exceptional service delivery.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Certificate III in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in high-quality administrative work, including accurate record keeping and file management.
- Excellent time management, organisation, and multitasking skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and database systems.
- A proactive approach to improving systems and workflows.
