Job Title: Administrative Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative support to Corps Officers with tasks such as onboarding and record-keeping.
  • Coordinating volunteer training to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
  • Maintaining accurate volunteer records and ensuring compliance requirements are met.
  • Processing invoices, reimbursements, and managing asset registers.
  • Liaising with IT, Payroll, and Finance teams to resolve local administrative needs.
  • Supporting remote teams and occasional travel across the state as needed.
