The role of Administrative Support Specialist is a part-time position that plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of clinical services. This includes providing efficient administrative support, managing patient appointments, and maintaining accurate records.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Undertake reception duties and coordinate booking appointments in liaison with healthcare professionals to provide an effective and efficient administration service.
- Coordinate meetings, book meeting rooms and audiology booths for students and staff as directed.
About You:
- Strong word processing/IT and computing skills are essential.
- Excellent numeracy and literacy skills are required.
- Ability to work well under pressure and use initiative in problem solving is necessary.
- Effective communication skills to support patients with communication and hearing impairments are essential.
