We are seeking an Admin Support Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will possess excellent administrative skills, with a proven track record of providing high-quality support to sales teams.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the front office and providing administrative support to ensure seamless operations
  • Collaborating with the operational team to maintain exceptional standards in admin tasks, including product label and box label set up and printing
  • Delivering outstanding customer service via phone calls while processing sales orders
  • Maintaining high brand representation standards
  • Working closely with the marketing team to manage the Shopify platform for home deliveries

About You:

We require an individual with:

  • Minimum 3 years of office administration experience
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with autonomy in admin tasks
  • Superior communication and organizational skills (verbal and written)
  • Proven expertise in Xero accounting software

Additional Requirements:

- Part-time hours: 15-25 hours per week

- Day shift (8-hour shifts)

- Ability to commute to Woodville South, SA 5011
