Agency Community & Experience Manager

We are seeking a strategic and people-focused professional to help scale our agency ecosystem through education, nurturing, and connection.

  1. Growing and nurturing our agency community: Drive engagement through scalable, human-centric communications and memorable touchpoints that help us grow without losing our personal touch.
  2. Being a visible and trusted leader within the agency partner community: Building relationships that scale.
  3. Collaborating with GTM & enablement teams to deliver content and education that helps agencies champion brand building and effectiveness, while getting the most from our product and partnership program.
  4. Partner enablement: Bringing global enablement and partner marketing strategies to life in ANZ - localising and delivering scalable onboarding and training through webinars, AMAs, workshops, and content to set partners up for success.
  5. Event planning & execution: Working with Partner Managers and Marketing to plan and deliver co-marketing and community events - from agency keynotes to partner lunches - that spark connection, learning, and growth.
  6. Cross-functional collaboration & advocacy: Working with Marketing, Enablement, Product, and Operations to align efforts and champion the voice of the community internally.
  7. Tracking, analysing, optimising: Being accountable to partner engagement metrics, enablement effectiveness, and referral activity.
