Job Description

We seek an experienced professional to shape our presence in the agency ecosystem across Australia & NZ. This role requires strategic thinking, relationship development, and long-term partnership growth.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Source high-value agency partnerships and lead outreach and relationship development for long-term success.
  • Develop strategic partner engagement plans, including onboarding, enablement, and regular touch points.
  • Collaborate with Sales to drive partner-sourced growth by generating and converting pipeline.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, panels, and agency gatherings to increase visibility, influence, and brand credibility.
  • Negotiate and craft commercial partnerships with agencies that balance shared value and a long-term partnership mindset.

The ideal candidate possesses:

  • Proven experience and success in agency or agency partnerships roles.
  • Understanding of the creative, media, PR, and digital agency landscape.
  • Familiarity with fast-paced startup environments and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a love of good branding.
