Job Title: Relationship Manager
\Are you looking for a career that aligns with your values and provides the opportunity to make a meaningful impact? We are seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to join our team.
About the RoleThis part-time position requires a skilled and motivated individual with previous experience in non-profit donor management.
You will be responsible for managing and nurturing donor relationships, identifying funding opportunities, cultivating new and existing leads, developing personalized donor journeys, and increasing annual fundraising.
The successful applicant will have excellent communication and networking skills, knowledge of fundraising and philanthropy landscape, and demonstrated success in securing high-value donations.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a portfolio of major donors
- Identify, qualify, and cultivate new and potential major donors
- Develop personalized donor journeys
- Assist in creating and implementing bequests strategy and framework
- Record interactions and data in CRM system
- Utilize CRM data and reporting to inform decision making
- Coordinate events and presentations to engage donors and stakeholders
- Develop business development plans to drive growth and revenue
We are looking for a results-driven and people-focused individual with a passion for protecting human rights.
The successful applicant will have a background in donor relationship management, excellent communication skills, and knowledge of CRM systems and practices.
