Opportunity to Drive Transformational Change

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Relationship Manager, focused on building and nurturing relationships with supporters who can help drive meaningful change in the lives of families living in poverty.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of 300–500 committed donors, leveraging moves management strategies to cultivate and upgrade their giving
  • Develop tailored communications plans based on donor interests and preferences
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless donor journeys and maximize engagement
  • Identify and qualify donors for major or planned giving opportunities
  • Prepare compelling proposals and personalized impact reports to inspire increased philanthropic support
  • Re-engage lapsed donors with targeted strategies and tactics
  • Represent the organization at donor events and speaking engagements, promoting the mission and values of the organization
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) including retention and donor growth

Requirements

  • Alignment with our mission and values
  • Experience in fundraising, relationship management, customer service, or sales
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Results-driven and comfortable working autonomously
  • High emotional intelligence and integrity
  • Familiarity with donor databases and CRM systems (e.g. Blackbaud)
