Agency Director

About the Role

We are seeking a top performing Agency Director to maximize our growth opportunities and partner cross-segment on digital transformation initiatives.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in nurturing trusted relationships with agency leaders, possessing a high degree of executive maturity, integrity, and accountability.

Responsibilities
  • Build and cultivate meaningful C-level relationships with senior leadership layers of the agency.
  • Hold accountability for orchestrating and executing commercial deal strategy for Holding Companies and Key Independent Agencies.
  • Drive agency adoption and diversification of investment across our full ecosystem, including Search, Display, Video, Gaming, AdTech, and Data Collaboration solutions.
  • Partner closely with Sales leaders across Performance Solutions, Media & AdTech Solutions, Gaming & Experiences to align strategy and commercial deal development.
  • Lead Executive briefings and coordinate with Marketing to deliver high-value marketing events that evangelize properties and build long-term impact plans.
  • Champion AI-driven strategies to elevate agency partnerships, leveraging Microsoft's cutting-edge advertising and AI solutions.
Key Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

12+ years' experience in digital media sales/service with a focus on agencies required.

Proven track record in orchestrating complex commercial and trading partnerships with Holding Companies and Key Independent Agencies.

Experience in nurturing AdTech, Martech, and data-driven partnerships alongside media activation.

Consistently demonstrates a 'growth mindset', embracing continuous learning and challenging the status quo.
