We are seeking a Clinical Facilitator to join our team at Think Education, a private, for-profit university with a strong commitment to innovation and social impact.

About the Role

This casual position is based at our Adelaide campus and involves working with students at their placement sites for periods of 2 weeks, often during semester breaks. As a Clinical Facilitator, you will act as a professional role model for students, assisting them to develop the knowledge, attitudes, and skills necessary for practice within the clinical environment.

You will have highly developed clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong work ethic and a commitment to research/evidence-based practice. Your ability to effectively manage and apply key conflict resolution skills in the student environment will be essential in this role.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum of 3 years' broad clinical experience in nursing, detailed understanding of relevant professional and accreditation requirements, and tertiary qualification in nursing or related health discipline. You will also need to hold current Division 1 Registered Nurse registration with AHPRA with no conditions or notations.
