We are seeking an experienced Clinical Facilitator to join our team at Think Education, based in Adelaide. As a Clinical Facilitator, you will play a crucial role in assisting nursing students to develop the knowledge, attitudes and skills necessary for practice within the clinical environment.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' broad clinical experience in nursing and a strong understanding of relevant professional and accreditation requirements. They will also hold a current Division 1 Registered Nurse registration with AHPRA and be able to demonstrate advanced clinical nursing knowledge and skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee directly and indirectly student's clinical practice and deliver education and assessment opportunities to ensure the clinical placement requirements are met
  • Clients communicate expectations of students while on clinical placement
  • Ensure adequate personal orientation to the clinical facility/service
  • Orientate students to the clinical placement facility (resources, workplace health and safety issues), conduct student debriefs and gain feedback student and facility feedback
