Gallery Attendant Role

As a key representative of our Museum, you will provide exceptional customer service to visitors from diverse backgrounds. Your primary responsibilities include conducting guided tours, responding to visitor inquiries, and ensuring an engaging experience for all.

  • Lead guided tours as necessary, showcasing the Museum's exhibits and enhancing visitor understanding.
  • Perform Gallery Attendant duties in designated galleries, adhering to assigned schedules.
  • Mingle with visitors, fostering positive interactions that elevate their experience.
  • Respond to visitor questions, providing accurate information and redirecting them to relevant resources.
