District Engineering Manager

This key leadership position is central to the organization's Capital Works and Infrastructure operations.
Key Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day operations and functions of multi-disciplinary district engineering and maintenance services, as well as project works.
- Lead facility and asset management, utilities, reporting, compliance, contract management, workforce planning, and minor works projects.
- Ensure effective emergency response management and coordination with multi-disciplinary teams.
- Tertiary qualifications in Facility Management or extensive experience in this field.
- Demonstrated initiative, strong organizational skills, and ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and prioritize in a high-volume engineering environment.
- Experience in engineering, maintenance, and project/asset management, including personnel/resource management, procurement policies and procedures, budget management, and coordinating multi-disciplinary groups across multiple facilities.
- Proficiency with computer-based systems, such as Oracle and MS Office.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with stakeholders and multi-disciplinary teams.
