Key Responsibilities- Maintenance Management: Oversee the delivery of reliable and efficient maintenance services to support the smooth operation of healthcare facilities.
- Project Delivery: Lead projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
- Infrastructure Development: Develop and implement strategies for infrastructure development to support future business growth.
- Tertiary Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as facility management or extensive experience in the industry.
- Organisational Skills: Strong organisational skills, initiative, and ability to multitask.
- Engineering Experience: Experience in engineering, maintenance, and project/asset management.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with computer-based systems (e.g., BEIMS, AFM Online, Oracle).
- Communication Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Licence: Australian C-Class driver's license.
