Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive support to families in need, addressing safety and well-being concerns.
  • Work collaboratively with other agencies to ensure effective case management and problem-solving.
  • Develop and implement individualized plans to support families in achieving their goals.
  • Manage cases and situations, including working with high-risk clients and their families.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant degree in Social Work or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships.
  • A valid driver's licence and a current Working with Children clearance.
