Clinical Lead for Vulnerable Families in Northern Sydney

This is a rewarding opportunity for an experienced professional to lead the Sustaining NSW Families (SNF) nurse-led home visiting program, providing vital support to vulnerable families in Northern Sydney.
About the Role:- Manage new referrals to the SNF Service and intake, undertaking initial client engagement and clinical assessments.
- Provide clinical consultation for team members, leading case reviews and relieving clinical staff during short periods of leave.
The successful candidate will be a Registered Nurse-Division 1 with relevant management tertiary qualification or equivalent work experience. They will also have extensive post-registration experience in Child & Family Health Nursing (CFHN), as well as experience working with vulnerable families and a demonstrated understanding of early intervention.
Key Requirements:- Registered Nurse-Division 1 with APHRA and relevant management tertiary qualification or equivalent work experience.
