Job Overview:

This role is responsible for developing and implementing corporate governance frameworks, strategies, policies, tools, templates, and guidelines. The successful candidate will provide support to the Board of Management, maintain governance documents, and coordinate complex reports and submissions.

  • Develop governance frameworks, strategies, policies, tools, templates, and guidelines for a consistent approach to governance.
  • Provide secretariat support to the Board of Management, including preparing agendas, meeting papers, and action items.
  • Maintain and publish governance documents in accordance with established processes.
  • Coordinate complex reports, submissions, briefing notes, publications, and correspondence.

Requirements:

  • Attention to detail and enthusiasm for continuous improvement.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Exceptional organisational, time management, and prioritisation skills.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of programs.

Relevant qualifications in business, governance, and/or risk management are highly regarded. Experience in Power BI and SharePoint is also valued.
