Requirements:
  • At least 3 years experience supporting Boards executive teams governance compliance-focused role.

  • Excellent written verbal communication skills confidence engaging senior stakeholders.
  • Proactive mindset organised responsive resilient pressure.
  • Impeccable attention detail natural problem solver trusted confidential information.
  • High proficiency Microsoft Office Suite Google Suite.
  • Experience digital Board tools e.g. Diligent highly desirable.
  • Qualifications Law Governance related discipline membership professional body e.g. Governance Institute of Australia highly regarded.
