Corporate Governance Specialist RoleAbout the Corporate Governance TeamThe corporate governance team provides strategic guidance to ensure effective governance practices throughout the organization. Our team encompasses a range of functions supporting community safety outcomes.Purpose of the Role:
  • Establish and administer the corporate governance framework to support executive leadership
  • Provide secretariat functions to corporate governance committees and deliver strategic governance through consistency of process and services
Your Key Responsibilities:
  1. Assist with the review of the corporate governance framework and identify areas for improvement
  2. Provide advice and guidance on governance best practices and regulatory requirements to other business areas
  3. Support team members in providing secretariat services and high-level meetings and committees
  4. Develop effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders to promote excellence in corporate governance
