Job Title: Corporate Governance Specialist
">This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Corporate Governance Specialist. As the Assistant Company Secretary, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring corporate governance, compliance, and organizational alignment.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- ">
- Support the coordination of all board meetings, including preparing meeting documents, taking minutes, and maintaining digital and hard copy record-keeping systems.">
- Assist the Executive Team in planning and coordinating all Board meetings, including booking facilities, catering, and making travel arrangements for Board members and guests.">
- Assist the Company Secretary with coordinating the execution of all corporate documents and maintaining various risk management and compliance registers and reports.">
- Manage travel arrangements for the Executive Team per needs, priorities, and schedules.">
- Maintain files and records, draft, review, and distribute communications, agendas, reports, and presentations proactively based on understanding project or task objectives.">
- Focusing on continuous improvement initiatives and ensuring organizational objectives and communication effectiveness.">
- Assist the Executive in the preparation of receipts and claims.">
Requirements:

- Appropriate industry and sector qualifications with proven experience.">
- Experience with NFP communications and Christian-motivated charities.">
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally, influence others, and problem-solve.">
- Experience with Board and C-level Executive support.">
- Great cross-organizational communication skills.">
- Proven ability to multitask in a busy environment and good time management skills.">
- Strong awareness and motivation in the pursuit of excellence.">
- Able to change gears at short notice, calmly prioritizing and acting even under pressure.">
- Mature, balanced, and wise judgment.">
- Willingness to align with our organization's mission, values, and core beliefs.">
