About the JobThe Corporate Governance Specialist will work closely with the Head of Governance to provide comprehensive governance support to our Boards and Committees. This role involves enhancing governance frameworks, drafting board materials, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with 4+ years of corporate governance experience, strong knowledge of relevant legislation, and exceptional attention to detail.
