We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Governance Specialist to join our Company Secretariat team.
About the Role
This is a key opportunity for an experienced professional to take hold of our company secretarial and corporate governance services.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the uplift of governance frameworks, policies, practices, and processes. Provide company secretarial support and services to subsidiary entities. Maintain robust risk management processes and controls.
The Ideal Candidate:
A strong background in legal, governance, or company secretarial functions, with knowledge of APRA Prudential Standards and the Corporations Act.
