About the Role

We are seeking a Facilities Maintenance Specialist to join our team in providing high-quality cleaning services to public schools, TAFE colleges, and government buildings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning of all touch points, including taps, bubblers, handrails, door handles, and bathrooms
  • Mopping, sweeping, dusting, vacuuming, and cleaning bathrooms
  • Tidying external grounds, rubbish collection, and leaf blowing
  • Maintenance of stock supplies and orders
Requirements
  • No experience necessary, but good communication and time management skills are required
  • An eye for detail and proactive approach are essential
  • The ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary of $55,000 per annum
  • 8-hour positions available for split shifts (5am - 9am and 2pm - 6pm, with view to permanency)
  • Early morning shift: 5am - 9am
  • Afternoon shift: 2pm - 6pm
