","Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will have expertise in guiding individuals through workplace injury recovery, rebuilding confidence, and regaining independence.
","Key Responsibilities:- Manage complex physical and psychological injury cases, providing health coaching, career coaching, and return-to-work support.
- Perform vocational assessments both in-person and virtually.
- Establish Employer networks within NSW.
- Utilize award-winning psychosocial risk assessment tools to achieve outstanding outcomes.
- Degree in Rehabilitation Counselling, Social Work, Provisional Psychology, or Psychology.
- Eligibility for registration with ASORC, AASW, or APHRA.
- Experience working in a similar role within the Occ. Rehab sector is highly desirable but not required.
- Developed interpersonal skills, including negotiation and consultation skills, and the ability to establish effective stakeholder relationships.
- Strong attention to detail with a result-focused approach.
- Strong organizational skills and capacity to manage competing priorities.
- Ability to work independently and show initiative.
- Well-developed research skills and ability to prepare, collate, and organize data for reporting purposes.
- Accuracy and efficiency in following administration procedures.
- Current Australian driver's license and access to own vehicle.
- Police clearance and working with children check.
