About Our Services

We provide occupational rehabilitation solutions to individuals living with illnesses, disabilities or injuries. Our approach is tailored to each person's unique needs and goals.

Our team of skilled professionals work closely with clients to identify their objectives and develop strategies for achieving them. We offer a range of services including workplace rehabilitation, counselling and injury prevention programs.

Our team includes Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, Psychologists and Rehabilitation Counsellors. They have the skills and experience to support individuals in achieving their full potential.

We welcome applications from professionals with backgrounds in Psychology, Rehabilitation Counselling, Nursing or Social Work who are interested in working in the occupational rehabilitation sector.

This role offers flexibility and autonomy, with the support of a close-knit team of driven healthcare professionals. You will have the opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement case management plans
  • Work with employers and employees to improve return to work outcomes
  • Collaborate with medical and allied health professionals to deliver effective interventions
  • Assist individuals in achieving return to health and return to work outcomes

Requirements

  • Previous experience in occupational rehabilitation would be highly regarded
  • Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Health Sciences or Rehabilitation Counselling, Nursing or Social Work
  • Registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) or eligibility for membership with Australian Society of Rehabilitation Counsellors (ASORC)
  • Fantastic communication and interpersonal skills
  • Compassion and empathy
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
