
Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist

The primary focus of this role is to deliver high-quality occupational rehabilitation services to clients with diverse physical and psychological conditions.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to design and implement personalized rehabilitation plans that support clients in achieving optimal health outcomes and return to work.
This position requires a deep understanding of the rehabilitation process, as well as exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients, employers, and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:Case Management: Manage client caseloads, conducting thorough assessments and developing tailored rehabilitation plans to address individual needs and goals.
- Apply clinical expertise to identify and mitigate potential barriers to return to work, ensuring seamless transitions for clients.
Client Engagement: Foster strong relationships with clients, empowering them to take ownership of their rehabilitation journey and achieve meaningful outcomes.
- Conduct regular progress updates and adjustments to ensure plan effectiveness and client satisfaction.
Candidates should possess a tertiary qualification in a relevant field, such as Psychology, Rehabilitation Counselling, Nursing, or Social Work. Additionally, registration with a relevant professional body or accreditation is highly desirable.
- Hold current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) or equivalent.
