Housing Program Director

The Program Manager role is a vital position in the Permanent Supportive Housing Program, overseeing its onsite administration and clinical leadership. This individual will be responsible for managing the program's operations, supervising staff, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
This position requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as experience in social services and management. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree, LSW or PC licensure eligibility, and at least three years of experience in a similar environment. Supervisory experience is also highly desirable.
- Clinical Leadership: Provide supervision to social services staff, promoting evidence-based practices such as Housing First, Motivational Interviewing, and Trauma-Informed Care.
- Administrative Management: Manage onsite administration of the Permanent Supportive Housing Program, including partnering with property management, the VA, and other stakeholders.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and standards.
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:
- A Master's degree from an accredited institution.
- LSW or PC licensure eligibility (LISW or PCC preferred).
- At least three years of experience in social services, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
