Job Overview:

As a seasoned administrator, you will oversee the successful execution of the Permanent Supportive Housing Program at Buckeye/Edgewood. This role involves strategic leadership, ensuring adherence to HUD and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical leadership and supervision to social services staff
  • Manage onsite administration of the Permanent Supportive Housing Program
  • Advocate for evidence-based practices in housing first, motivational interviewing, stages of change/treatment, trauma-informed care, harm reduction, and integrated care
  • Ensure program compliance with HUD and other regulatory standards
  • Collaborate with property management, the VA, Care Alliance, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality services

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Masters degree required
  • LSW or PC with independent licensure eligibility required; LISW or PCC preferred
  • Minimum 3 years experience in social service environment
  • At least 1 year supervisory experience
