Associate Director - Community Health Services

The Associate Director of Community Health Services is a key member of the agency's leadership team, supporting the Director in developing, implementing, and expanding community-based integrated healthcare programs for individuals experiencing behavioral health disorders and/or housing instability. The role requires an energetic change agent committed to program excellence and contributing to the agency's mission to end homelessness, reduce harm, provide accessible, high-quality care for persons with disabilities, and resolve crises.

The Associate Director will lead a team of skilled professionals, including managers and coordinators, fostering a culture of learning, emotional intelligence, and collaboration. They will champion evidence-based, person-centered services with a proactive, 'do what it takes' approach, emphasizing culture and service delivery excellence. Under the Director's guidance, the programs will focus on effectiveness, efficiency, and fiscal sustainability.

Schedule:

Monday – Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm

Required Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Counseling or Social Work
  • LSW/LPC certification required; LISW/LPCC required within 18 months of hire
  • At least 3 years of social service experience
