Program Director

As a skilled leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful administration of our Permanent Supportive Housing Program.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and provide clinical leadership to social services staff, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes teamwork and excellence.
- Manage onsite administration of the program, ensuring compliance with HUD and other regulatory requirements through meticulous attention to detail and effective problem-solving skills.
- Champion evidence-based practices, including Housing First, Motivational Interviewing, Stages of Change/Treatment, Trauma-Informed Care, Harm Reduction, and Integrated Care, driving innovation and best practices within the organization.
- Partner with property management, the VA, Care Alliance, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality services, leveraging relationships to drive success and growth.
- A Master's degree is required for this role, demonstrating a strong foundation in advanced academic study and theoretical knowledge.
- LSW, PC with independent licensure eligibility is required; LISW, PCC is preferred, showcasing expertise and commitment to professional development.
- A minimum of three years in a social service environment and one year of supervisory experience are necessary, highlighting leadership potential and ability to drive results.
