Strategic Agency Alliance Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our ANZ agency partnerships. This is a high-impact role that requires strategic thinking and execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Identify and develop high-value agency partnerships across Australia & New Zealand, leveraging opportunities for long-term success.
  2. Lead strategic partner engagement plans, including onboarding, enablement, and regular value-led touchpoints.
  3. Drive growth by generating and converting pipeline in collaboration with Sales.
  4. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, panels, and agency gatherings to build visibility and credibility.
  5. Negotiate and craft bespoke commercial partnerships rooted in shared value and long-term collaboration.
  6. Champion the voice of agency partners internally, influencing product roadmaps and priorities.
  7. Collaborate with Product, Customer, and Marketing teams to co-create content, campaigns, and programming.
  8. Establish KPIs and metrics to track partnership performance and deploy tactics to meet goals.
  9. Seek new ideas and scalable methods to deepen impact in the agency ecosystem.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience and success in an agency or partnerships role.
  • Understanding of the creative, media, PR, and digital agency landscape.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Thoughtful, kind, empathetic, collaborative, and eager to learn.
  • High standards, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills across various tones.
  • Experience in Brand/Marketing/MarTech is a plus.
