Rehabilitation Professional

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist, Exercise Physiologist or Physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary team.

As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will play a vital role in helping clients regain their independence and achieve their goals in life and work.

Making a Real Impact

  • Undertake Occupational Rehabilitation assessments including activities of daily living, home, worksite, functional, ergonomic, equipment assessments.
  • Develop and implement effective rehabilitation plans based on relevant assessments.
  • Design and implement intervention programmes using occupation to improve functional performance, independence and work capacity.
  • Identify barriers and design, implement and monitor programs that support people to achieve maximal work participation.
  • Understand various healthcare and rehabilitation funding schemes and empower clients to achieve their wellness and recovery goals.
  • Liaise with clients, family members, funding bodies, medical practitioners, employers and stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.

Key Qualifications

  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology or Physiotherapy.
  • Registration with either AHPRA or ESSA.
  • A genuine desire to make a measurable impact in people's lives.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with clients and stakeholders.
  • A customer-first mindset with a focus on quality outcomes.
  • Confidence working independently in the community.
  • Driver's licence and vehicle required.
  • Eligibility for a working with children's check and police clearance.
