  • Assessing clients' conditions requires applying clinical reasoning skills.
  • Taking a holistic care approach, we work within a multidisciplinary team to support clients throughout their rehabilitation journey.
  • Performing assessments includes Vocational Assessments, Transferrable Skills Assessment, Job preparation services, Worksite Assessments and initial needs assessments.
  • Clients receive personalized attention from our team of specialists, including injured employees, medical professionals, and other allied healthcare experts.
  • We develop, implement and monitor tailored rehabilitation plans through case management.

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Current unrestricted registration or membership with the relevant industry body (e.g. AHPRA).
  • Tertiary qualifications in Rehabilitation Counselling or Psychology.
  • Strong clinical reasoning skills.
  • Ability to engage effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Passion for helping others rehabilitate.
  • Occupational Rehabilitation experience is highly desirable.
