Process Optimization Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Process Optimization Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will work collaboratively with colleagues to understand and prioritize business process issues for investigation.

The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in business process engineering and improvement. They will possess strong skills in process mapping and various project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Documenting end-to-end current processes for identified areas
  • Identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement
  • Completing options analysis and presenting recommendations for decision-making
  • Developing future state process maps once decisions are made
  • Supporting implementation by translating business changes into clear requirements and supporting project plans

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Experience in post-merger integrations or large-scale transformation programs
  • Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma or similar frameworks
  • Experience with process mapping tools BPMN UML or data visualization tools Power BI Tableau
  • Relevant certifications such as CBAP PMP CAPM
