Job Title: Operations Management Professional

We are seeking a skilled Operations Management Professional to oversee the operations of multiple commercial properties within Sydney's inner-city pocket.

The successful candidate will deliver operational excellence through providing superior client service, building occupier engagement, and meeting financial targets.

This is a one-year fixed-term role with strong possibility of going permanent.

About the Role:

You will be responsible for:

  • Providing technical expertise and guidance to property managers and owners
  • Maintaining records for NABERS certification
  • Conducting inspections for reporting and auditing purposes
  • Formulating contracts for maintenance and services and tendering of such services

Key Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Demonstrated knowledge of technical services, especially HVAC, BAS, fire safety and electrical systems
  • Property industry experience, specifically building services/facilities management
  • Thorough understanding of compliance and risk management requirements
  • Contractor management experience with excellent communication and negotiation skills
