Our organisation is seeking a proactive and collaborative professional to join our Service Market Logistics team in Sydney.

This role will play a key part in supporting day-to-day operational excellence and continuous improvement activities as we prepare to move into our new, state-of-the-art warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate strategic initiatives aligned with industry standards and frameworks.
  • Maintain and review policies to support business excellence.
  • Support risk management and compliance activities across the site.
  • Assist with investigations and coordinate actions with relevant stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the Operational Plan and manage the annual calendar of key deliverables.
  • Help ensure clear communication of legislative updates and business processes.
Requirements:
  • Experience in logistics operations.
  • Experience coordinating operational processes in an organisational setting.
  • Ability to manage projects and present information to teams.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with Visio and Power BI is advantageous.
  • Understanding of process improvement methods like Root Cause Analysis or Kaizen.
  • Certificate IV or equivalent experience in Operational Excellence is highly regarded.
