Job Description:

The key role in this position involves supporting the day-to-day operations of HR and Payroll functions.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Functional Configuration and Support: Provide expert configuration, support, and optimization across SAP HR/HCM/Payroll modules.
    • Troubleshoot complex system issues, raise relevant SAP notes/messages, and ensure timely resolution.
  • Business Operations: Support Business-as-Usual (BAU) HR, Payroll, and Learning Management System (LMS) operations while contributing to project delivery.
    • Analyse business requirements, model processes/procedures, and provide system solution advice.
  • SAP Configuration Solutions: Deliver independent SAP configuration solutions and collaborate with team members on complex solutions.
    • Conduct thorough testing across HR, Performance, LMS, Payroll, and capability modules, ensuring all issues are resolved.
  • Compliance and Data Accuracy: Ensure compliance with HR and payroll regulations and maintain accurate system data.
