About the Role:

Programmed is seeking an experienced Training Manager to join their Process & Systems Team in Melbourne.

This role can be based in St Kilda Road or the Western Suburbs. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing and delivering impactful training programs that promote operational excellence across the company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and delivery of comprehensive training programs for operational systems and general business functions.
  • Partner with department heads to assess training needs and develop tailored learning plans.
  • Ensure all training activities are accurately logged and tracked in the company's Learning Management System.
  • Monitor training completion for essential competencies and provide regular reports and follow-ups.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality training materials that align with company standards.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends in workplace training and integrate new methods to keep programs fresh and relevant.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and adjust strategies to improve outcomes.
Requirements:
  • A proven track record in delivering successful training programs and providing effective coaching.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and motivate learners.
  • Ability to create interactive and engaging training materials using digital tools and platforms.
  • Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail.
  • Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to assess training needs and implement effective solutions.
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems and experience in tracking and reporting on training completion.
