Purpose of the Role:

This role involves shaping the future of our workforce through effective training and development initiatives. We're seeking a dedicated Training Team Leader to oversee our training programs and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor the training team to foster internal mobility and skill development.
  • Design and execute a comprehensive Learning & Development program that boosts employee engagement.
  • Coordinate a professional Driver Induction program, ensuring best practices are followed for new employees.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: A Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40116) and a Medium Rigid Driver's License are essential.
  • Experience: Proven track record as a Driver Trainer with the ability to deliver diverse training packages effectively.
  • Skill Development: Experience in developing L&D programs and facilitating both face-to-face and online training sessions.

Compensation: $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
