About This Role

We are seeking a talented Product Designer to join our team and lead the development of user-centered digital products.

This role offers an opportunity to work end-to-end on delivering outstanding user experiences for customers and staff, and be part of a collaborative and customer-focused culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct discovery to identify customer problems and validate opportunities
  • Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and UI designs that meet customer needs and are feasible to implement
  • Apply systems thinking and service design principles to anticipate customer and staff requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers and Engineers, throughout the agile lifecycle
  • Promote customer-centricity and best-in-class user experience practices
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need 3+ years of experience in end-to-end digital product design within cross-functional teams, a growth mindset, and excellent collaboration, communication, and UI design skills.
