Job SummaryWe're seeking an experienced Administration Officer to join our team in Burwood East. As a key member of our Home Care Programs team, you'll provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our services. This is a rewarding full-time opportunity for someone who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of our residents and clients.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure accurate and up-to-date data entry for financial reconciliation.
- Liaise with accounts payable and receiving departments regarding invoice payment approvals and remittances.
- Assist with the client funding discharge or upgrade process in the database.
- Coordinate with subcontractors to meet billing requirements.
- Accurately enter data and process client reimbursements.
- Support case managers in entering data for purchase orders.
- Ensure all client data and records are accurate and current.
We're looking for someone with a qualification or equivalent experience in Business Administration or Book Keeping. You'll have experience in financial reconciliation, database management, and finance systems. Excellent communication skills and a commitment to our values of kindness, respect, and innovation are essential.
