Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Front Office Ambassador to join our team at Hilton Hotels. As a Front Office Ambassador, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests from check-in through check-out, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering a high level of customer service. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a customer-focused industry and be able to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities

  • Provide reception services to guests, including check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Ensure an efficient and personalized experience for all guests, responding to queries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences throughout their stay.
  • Work effectively as part of a team, maintaining open communication and a positive attitude.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to maximize room occupancy and enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of hotel room categories, rates, packages, and promotions to provide accurate information to guests.
  • Upsell hotel services and facilities to promote revenue growth and exceed guest expectations.
  • Use cash handling procedures correctly, adhering to the hotel's credit policy.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations and company brand standards.
  • Foster a culture of hospitality, providing exceptional service and exceeding guest expectations.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests and colleagues.
  • A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, with a focus on guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, remaining calm and composed in fast-paced environments.
  • Proficiency in using front-of-house equipment and property management systems.
  • A positive attitude, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
  • Competent IT skills, with experience using technology to enhance guest experiences.
