Job Summary

Hilton Hotels is seeking a highly skilled Front Office Representative to provide exceptional guest experiences from check-in through check-out. As a key member of the Front Office Team, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and efficient reception experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and efficient resolutions to guest queries and concerns
  • Ensure accurate and efficient check-in and check-out procedures
  • Maintain a high level of customer service at all times
  • Collaborate with the Guest Service Manager to ensure effective communication and feedback
  • Attend training courses and assist with the Night Team's training and development efforts
