Operational Risk Leader

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Operational Risk to lead the development and implementation of our risk management framework across the investment function.
This role requires strong leadership skills and experience in risk and compliance management in the financial services industry.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the operation of our risk management framework as it relates to the investment functions, including risk reporting and leading day-to-day interactions with the second-line risk and compliance team.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement the risk management framework across the investment function
- Manage risk reporting in relation to the investment function
- Lead day-to-day interactions with the second-line risk and compliance team on behalf of the Investment team
- Tertiary qualification in accounting, law, economics, business or equivalent
- Demonstrated experience in risk and compliance management in the financial services industry (ideally investment management and/or superannuation)
- Thorough understanding of, and experience of developing and implementing, risk and compliance management tools, techniques, and best practice methodologies
