Operational Risk Management Professional

This role involves supporting the Head of Operational Risk and Compliance in developing, implementing, maintaining, and monitoring the operational risk management framework across the investment function.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Promote a robust risk culture within the investment team and drive continuous improvement to strengthen the operational risk management framework
  • Collaborate with business owners to effectively manage risk issues across the Investment team
  • Manage the operation of the operational risk management framework as it pertains to the investment functions
  • Responsible for risk reporting related to the investment function
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in accounting, law, economics, or business; or equivalent
  • Proven experience in operational risk and compliance management within the financial services industry
  • In-depth understanding of, and experience with, developing, implementing, and reporting on operational risk and compliance management tools, techniques, and best practices
