Job Title:

Senior Manager, Line 2 Risk Oversight and Assurance

Key Responsibilities:

This pivotal role involves leveraging deep expertise in Line 2 risk management to support the review and enhancement of policies and frameworks.

  • Conduct effectiveness reviews of existing policies and frameworks, and draft updated frameworks for approval.
  • Provide expert input into risk management practices, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Partner with business leaders to advise on governance, risk, compliance obligations, and emerging risks.
  • Support initiatives to enhance skills and capabilities related to governance, risk, and compliance.
  • Actively contribute to the development of tools and processes to effectively manage and forecast risks.
Requirements:

Universally recognized qualifications in business management or a related field are essential.

  • 5-10 years of experience in a risk, compliance, or legal role, with a focus on superannuation regulation.
  • Proven ability to operate within risk and compliance frameworks, with a strategic and commercial approach to compliance.
  • Strong analytical skills to prepare reports on risk profiles, compliance plans, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in providing information to Boards and Directors.
