**Regional Sales Manager Role Overview**

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will lead and manage a sales team that supports customers across South Eastern Australia. Your key responsibility is to develop and implement growth strategies, processes to maximize sales opportunities, and mentor and grow each team member and their capacity.

  • Develop strategic plans for sales growth in the region, working closely with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Lead a high-performing sales team through coaching, mentoring, and providing ongoing feedback and performance management.
  • Build strong relationships with buying groups and key customers across the region, ensuring mutually beneficial relationships exist and identifying areas for growth.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders including the senior leadership team, broader sales group, marketing, product development, and R&D teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.

Key Requirements

  • Experience managing and leading a commercial sales team.
  • Corporate Agribusiness experience with an understanding of the supply of product through the regional retail network.
  • Experience partnering with large customers in this sector.
