As a pivotal member of our team, you will be instrumental in driving growth and expansion through strategic partnerships and business development initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales, with a proven ability to build relationships and identify new opportunities.
About You:- You are a seasoned sales professional with at least 2 years of experience in B2B outbound sales, possessing a consultative approach to selling and the ability to identify client needs and pain points.
- You are a self-motivated individual who is accountable for daily output and possesses a growth mindset, always seeking to improve processes and increase efficiency.
- You are proficient in using CRM software (Salesforce preferred) to manage sales pipelines and activities.
- Nurture your designated territory to maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities, leveraging a combination of cold outreach techniques to secure face-to-face meetings with key decision-makers.
- Take a consultative approach in face-to-face meetings to determine the right solution that meets clients' needs, working closely with our Customer Success team to ensure seamless handovers.
- Continuously educate yourself on the competitive landscape and hospitality industry trends to effectively position us in the market.
