Job Description:

We are a global outsourcing organization providing contact center and back-office services to our clients.

The Opportunity:

As a senior leader, you will drive client success and revenue growth across our global portfolio. You will be responsible for building lasting client partnerships, unlocking growth through cross-sell opportunities, and driving satisfaction, retention, and renewals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Relationship Management & Growth:
    Champion major global accounts as the executive sponsor, ensuring exceptional delivery, trusted partnerships, and strong revenue growth.
    Build influential relationships with senior stakeholders, uncovering opportunities and driving high-impact cross-sell and upsell wins.
  2. Client Services Leadership:
    Inspire, mentor, and empower a high-performing global team to deliver innovation, value, and excellence every time.
    Set the bar high with clear standards for client satisfaction, delivery performance, and commercial success.
  3. Strategic Business Partner:
    Partner with the Chief Commercial Officer and executive leadership to shape a future-focused global client services strategy.
  4. Risk, Governance & Commercial Accountability:
    Safeguard profitability and ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
