Key Responsibilities:
  • Build relationships and foster strong client connections to drive growth and revenue
  • Create tailored strategies to maximize money moved and increase revenue through up-selling
  • Provide clients with actionable insights and data-driven recommendations through regular business reviews
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop standard methodologies for seamless client on-boarding
  • Serve as a subject matter expert, delivering expertise and guidance to merchants on their global payments strategy while gathering feedback and communicating merchant needs to product and management personnel
  • Stay up-to-date on company services and maintain professional relationships with clients at all times
  • Drive results-oriented initiatives in fast-paced environments with minimal supervision

Requirements include 5+ years of experience in relationship management, account management, or similar roles. Experience in inside sales, handling customer objections, and leading customer relationships is also essential. Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and planning skills are required, along with proficiency in multiple languages. Smartsheets, Salesforce, Looker, and Zendesk experience is a plus. A willingness to travel 25% of the time is also necessary.
